Yoga Classes

At Lila Body & Mind Practices we offer vinyasa flow classes with a focus on clear alignment and yin yoga. Our vinyasa flow classes incorporate yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation practices. In yin yoga classes, poses are held for several minutes. They can be booked as a private class or for groups and the focus and the level will be adjusted according to the experience and needs of the participants.
